Board of Directors
The fiduciary and advisory leadership guiding the ECC Black Chamber through its founding phase.
How We Are Governed
The East Contra Costa Black Chamber of Commerce currently operates as a fiscally sponsored initiative under Dream2b, a registered nonprofit organization. Dream2b's Board of Directors provides fiduciary oversight and governance accountability for the ECC Black Chamber.
In addition to this fiduciary structure, the ECC Black Chamber is guided by a growing Advisory Council of leaders from throughout East Contra Costa County โ community members, business owners, and civic voices who are deeply invested in the success of Black entrepreneurship in our region.
This structure reflects our commitment to accountability, transparency, and community-grounded leadership as we grow and scale our impact.
